Wow, he does look so sad here. In the movie he acted as if he had died himself when he killed Dumbledore. You are so right Rickman did a perfect job there.

And so the dungeons were swarmed with girls running after everything in black robes...

Rickman's facial expressions in the scene and when they were walking in the Great Hall afterwards were just . He's so good it's crazy.
