Are you kidding?! I loved both the comic book and the movie. The Comedian was *SUPER* cool in the movie's rendition. (Better face, thats for sure)

the only good thing was that I could see silk spectre's breasts.
the final part, when night owl screams NOOOO when john kills rorschach suckeeeed, that ruined the whole movie right there.
Not to mention the DIFFERENT ENDING...
you don't mess with some things.. watchmen is one of those things.

I loooooved the novel, and I thought the movie did a really good job recreating it. I was pleased with it.
And I forgot to say this in my first comment. For a "quick sketch", your drawing is like. Freaking ridiculous.

Yeah, thus far, the movie matches almost word for word, and in some instances, panels are a perfect match for frames. I am extremely impressed.
I can't wait to see the director's cut of the movie! I hear it's got 25 extra minutes, and it has even more little scenes that were missed from the novel!
