I've always been creeped out by ball-jointed dolls...but at the same time I find them really beautiful. Went to Armageddon yesterday and saw them selling them, and I brought it. These dolls come in parts, I had to buy the body, head, eyes, hair, and clothes all separately, then put them together myself.
THE EYES WERE SO HARD TO PUT IN! SIGH;OISDHFGJ?!?! IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING! After lots of struggle I finally put my doll together...then I realised her face was blank, no 'face-up', which made her looks so scary. Soooo, today I decided to give her a proper face with amateur skills..only to realise I already put the eyes in and couldn't get it out....
As you can see my crappy skills at doing her face-up...It took me hours and the results you can hardly see. Ended up staining her face quite a bit as well, T^T. At least she doesn't look as creepy any more.
I named her Lilliath by the way~
