Nice job on the lighting! And for all the trouble the flying debris might have given you - good job, it works well.

That was the trouble I had ... to get the right lighing for the flying stuff. If tried to get a plastically look, but I think it worked out pretty well
Thank you very much for you comment, I appreciate it!

Lighting can be tricky. It's an area that I struggle with myself.

As far as the debris/bricks/etc looking plastic-ish... something I find that helps (especially with older sets), is sometimes plugging the diffuse map into either the displacement or bump nodes and playing around with the negative/positive values and the percentage values on the main bump or displacement sliders. This sometimes allows you to give the older props, or flat-textured props a little bit of 'depth' and gets rid of the plastic/toon-ish appearance upon rendering. Also, check your specularity settings; often times the specularity is set to pure white and 100%; reducing the value to about 50% or even 20% and making the white more of a light or dark grey can help get rid of the plastic appearance, as well. At least in Studio.

Not sure how Vue handles bump, displacement, and specularity, though. I don't own a copy of Vue, so I can't offer much of anything with that program, unfortunately.

But all in all, you did a good job with this, and I do really like the dynamic, in-motion feel to the scene. It's a great depiction of the activity going on.
