My friendly advise to you is:
First; before making any tutorials teaching people how to draw, learn the basics of anatomy; in other words learn to stand before you walk. You don't want other people to take over your mistakes, do you my friend. You have some talent; but use it wisely.

a) Take a good look at your characters right forearm; the way it is turned outwards is far from natural; the way you have drawn the shape of the forearm it looks 'broken' from the elbow.
b) Also take notice on the way you have positioned the thumb of your right hand (placed on the wall); its almost impossible to place your thumb in a position like this while comfortable.
Again; (I have seen your just 16) you have some talent; but try to take some drawing lessons on anatomy to get better
