Background:

Naomi Evans is one of the brightest minds in Fortune City. A psychiatrist in Clark Hospital, the doctor has a sharp and inquisitive mind, capable of piercing through her patients psyche to find the way to treat and help them cope with their problems.

Naomi rose to prominence during an outbreak of madness that took over the city one day. She helped detective Bethany Hunter find the source of what was causing mass hallucinations and hysteria and the detective swiftly put an end to it. From that day on, the doctor and detective worked together, solving many cases and bonding in the process.

The good doctor found an equal in Bethany’s sharp mind and it wasn’t long before both found themselves immensely attracted to each other. Their professional relationship soon became a romantic relationship and in doing so, Bethany found the confidant she needed to deal with the burdens of her secret identity. Eventually, they ended up getting married.

Naomi knowing full well the dangers her wife undertakes as Nocturne, figured she wanted to do more than be on the sidelines. She wanted to fight and help her, protect the city’s protector. Bethany was at first a bit worried, but she did believe Naomi could learn self defense to protect herself and the good doctor made a very compelling case as to why she should be out there. Knowing she wasn’t going to be able to stop her, Bethany decided to train her and have her friend Tiffany, design a costume that would fit the doctor.

After rigorous training, Naomi was ready for the job. She donned the costume and stepped into the night, ready to defend the city. Thus, Mind Frame was born.

Fighting Style:

Mind Frame fully embraces her profession into her fighting style and takes a very cerebral approach to fighting. She profiles her enemies and studies her enemies before launching her attack. Much like Nocturne, she has access to a plethora of gadgets that allow her to use scare tactics on her opponents.

Paraphernalia:

Mind Frame has access to a plethora of gadgets through her utility belt, including a cutting knife, smoke pellets, taser, sleeping darts, among others.
