This is nice. I like the rearing cobra. Is she Osiran blue, or Krishna blue?

Very good question! What would you consider the distinction to be?My first instinct is that she's Osirian blue, in the sense that it's blue connected with the numinous and initiatory mystery.

Blue is often associtated with the underworld as well. I am reminded of high born thracian women depicted with half of their faces tatooed with bluish lines. I am no where near an expert on the subject, but I believe Osiris was distinct in his coloring. He was also a God that was brought back from the dead. The Celts used woad paint (blue) with other worldly designs as well. So blue seems to have that Celestial/heavenly/sky/ numinous connection.
Your symbols are always interesting- but I like the void of space with your stars the best.Sterile but full of deep wonder and energy.
I think you seem to work on instinct with some of your symbols- and it can be argued that is the purpose of symbols- they resonate with us on a deeper level. Have a Happy Halloween.
