"Verloren vogels" means "lost birds"... (Not that they lost their way, the other lost) It's a correct Dutch phrase, good spelling, sequence and everything.

Wow this was really fun. Some of the artists I know well, some I know by name, some I know by lines, and some I have never heard of... will definitely have to look up Tamayo and Cabral.

I really like many artist's work (like prado, mckeever, burns, you name it) Steadman, Scarfe, wow. But some of them, only some, shook my brain or... dunno, some kind a bond to the heart.
Cabral was a classic satiral maxican cartoonist, early XX, but he did many things. A craft that shows. Tamayo, long gone too, probably the mexican painter that I feel more connected with.
