I honestly thought you should have beat out the winner of the last contest, but thats my personal preference.
As for this gal, I think she turned out very nicely. As usual, curves in all the right places, and I really like her shoulders. The cigarette, like others have stated, along with the darker hair give her a naughty girl image, without being trashy. The only thing I wish you would have done is changed the color of her eyes, perhaps to match the ball. Being the color they are doesn't really make them stand out, but that is just a personal preference.
All in all, I think you did a wonderful job. Much luck to you in the contest.

When i saw your lineart version, i had my own visions as to what the coloured one might look like, but what you've done here is absolutely stunning.
I like the bauble idea. falls into place very nicely indeed. ^__^
