Very well done in showing the change of a person! Your symmetry causes this to appear as if the DBD just creeps out and takes over! Your scratchy lines do well to show horror, I'm not sure why but it's a better alternative to smooth thick lines. I also think the background is fitting, it gives it a feeling of mystery of what other evil could be lurking.
