This here a the lineart for a collaboration between and meself.A beautiful young German Shepherd relaxes by the warmth of her hearth. Gods I had a fun time drawing her. =] Her pose, her gentle smile, her swollen belly, and, of course, a couple of her other swollen bits as well. ;3
Coloured final in my gallery - (pending)
s coloured final on Gecko's page.
Prismacolour pens and a healthy supply of cookies, 3-4 hours

Hm, this looks pretty good. I like the curves and proportions.
Β
The only thing that seems a little inconsistent is the lack of fur lines around the breasts and some around the outside of the belly; normally it's not that noticeable because most fur detail sections are in bits around the shoulders, legs, tail, elbows, but here you have it everywhere so it sorta stands out.
Β
This is a minor complaint though, this is a good submission overall.

Aye, my fur has been spotty at best for a long while, but I feel as though i have improved over the last few months. (I like to think so anyway) And this is one is over half a year old now.
And in my book, constructive criticism is the best criticism. =]

Well I didn't notice the colored one until I finished commenting, usually adding color helps negate differences in fur consistency pretty well; it's just that without color all you have to go on is the lines themselves.
Β
Anyway, good submission. I like the colored one too. I might eventually have to check out one of your later ones if you say this one's a a few months old; I tend to find that merely practicing something will eventually make you better at it, even if that's not your intention.

Indeed.
I am generally not happy with just posting linearts, as there are many details lost in the image without some colour or shading toΒ add depth to the image.

Yeah, but the coloration process is usually a lot of work if the image wasn't made digitally.Β
Anyway, good submission.Β
Also, have you ever Favorited my stuff on FA? I could swear I've seen your name on there before.

Alright cool, I was thinking I had seen your name before. But I wasn't sure, you run into similar ones sometimes.
Thanks though, I appreciate it. I'm not doing as well over on FA.

Indeed. ^.=.^
I think though, if you started watching and faving more on your FA page, you'll see a spike in watchers and favourites. It is give and be given when it comes to art sites.
gotta mingle a bit if you want folks to take notice more often. The more folks you meet, the more likely folks will visit your gallery and find your hitherto unknown awesome arts.Β Β ^.=.^

Alright, I'm not much of a people person. But I will try to follow your advice, as well as I can.
Thanks,

Well you don't need to be a "people person" per se, but even the simple act of faving other's arts and watching other artists you may like, will help to let people take notice of your arts. the more people see it, the more people will fave it, and then even more will see your art because others have faved it... it works mate, trust me. =]

Alright, I'll keep that in mind. I've certainly been expanding my tactics over time. Though there's always more and more of a time investment when you're trying to get noticed and sometimes you have to make sure you still have time to make more content.
Anyway, thanks for the suggestion. I appreciate the watch.
