Overall, I find that this piece looks pretty solid. You have a nice art style and the anatomy is pretty well done besides one thing I'll mention later. Because of the pose and expression of the character, I already get a good idea of their personality. I especially like how you made a white outline and a simple wallpaper background. Definitely works well as a phone wallpaper. Though there are a few things I'd like to address.

First of all, the line art looks a little sketchy and unfinished. Cleaning up the lines a bit would surely help this look smoother and more professional. The shading could also use a little cleaning up. I'd also recommend that when shading (for example pink), you don't just make it desaturated and darker. Try shading it with a darker purple instead. Or any other colour thats close to pink in the colour wheel. I find that that would look much nicer and the colours would look more vivid.
Another thing would be the colour combination. The darkened yellow just doesn't work that well with the bright pink (at least in my opinion). Other then that, I commend you for using a colour pallet with just a few colours, so it doesn't look too overwhelming.
The last thing would be the characters left arm. Compared to the right arm it looks too short. Also maybe try looking up references, I know for a fact that an arm/hand doesn't look that way when stuck in a pocket.

I hope that this was at least somewhat helpful and didn't come off as too harsh or anything ,I'm still unsure when it comes to critiquing. Oh, and by the way, sorry for weird grammar faults, English isn't my first language ^^'
