Just using combinations of photoshop brushes.
It's not difficult.

Oh, alright.
I thought maybe they were part of the negatives from when you expose it onto the paper in a dark room.

Are they brushes from this site or did you make them?

Brushes from outside sites..
Just do a random "photoshop brushes" search..
and download the grungy ones.
Usually that's the style I use.
