I'm very new with photography, but I've been photo manipulating since I was 8.

Ha im taking these photos on my phone (Nokia N95)
And I really want to learn how to use photoshop, the only thing i know how to do on it is do touch-ups on peoples face and even then im not particularly good at it :S
(I also have full version on my mac so its kinda stupid that i dont know how to use it properly)

May I suggest, buying a camera/using a camera! Eventually, you will realize that, the better camera really, really, REALLY makes a difference, it actually took me months to bloody figure that out.
Phone images can be useful, but they often turn out very pixelated, and its easier to edit photos directly from a camera!
what I did was start off with tutorials, then I progressed from there and learnt my own little tricks
