Looks awesome, I'm curious as to what she actually is.
Tho since this scene reminds me of the anime "Elfen Lied", my guess would be she's a science experiment gone horribly wrong (or right?).
Atleast her patient attire and scalpel of likely some scientist are telling me that.
Artwise this is a really cool and atmospheric piece, great job !

Yeah, this was a science experiment of sorts. Though the result (other than the dead people) was as expected. I plan on doing a comic series about this character. Just need to finish fleshing out the story.
