Very nice shot! The blur seems a bit odd to me though. I'm sure the scene was incredible naturally!

It's called a tilt shift blur. You can buy lenses with this effect or you can add it in photoshop. I haven't got the money to buy fancy lenses so this was added in PS. I may decide to upload the completely focused version at a later date...
