Description
Changed his head to try and better fit the aesthetic. The other one was a little to detailed, if that makes sense. So I went with something more simple. I fudged around with that for who knows how long but oh well.Lines in traditional, flats in Photoshop. Now horrible rendering upon his face can commence.
His colors are based on Soundwave - that placement took a bit to fiddle with. He is probably just a bit darker so he can go sneaking around the neighborhoods and back alleys and whatever else he'd probably do when he's not being a motorcycle something or another.
And yes his butt cannons are gone. Just pretend they can pop out of his back. Also tentacles (like Soundwave's) in his chest but obviously he doesn't prance around with them like a weirdo. Only when stealing things out of hightech stuff I guess.

creepy, too. what kind of motorcycle does he turn into?
good call on the butt cannons - I remember a LOTR making-of where they talked about the warg riders, and how predator's hips and back move too much while running to place a saddle anywhere but the shoulders. that would be the most stable place to mount a ranged weapon as well, I imagine

Yeah, it just made it more plausible for them to pop up outta his back or neck.
And not sure, just some really nice sharp looking bike I think. A lot sharper than Arcee I know that much!

Hehe, the colors change in final version a bit. Flats tend to not really show how the actual colored image will look in the end.

holy christ on a cracker!! this is freakin awesome. i was thinking of doing my own version of ravage but you beat anything i can ever come up with hands down. if he were in the show, would he talk or just make cat sounds?

I'm not sure, I have a preference that he wouldn't make any noise but, well, mechanical stuff...but maybe growly mechanical roars and such would be nifty too.

you really got the touch with those TF prime designs X3, I wish Hasbro could see your talent and your designs X3
and would be so great to see more of your adaptations of this style, like if you do more G1 like Blaster, Jazz or the lambo twins. I think they really need to put more characters there

Hehe, well, i'm trying to play with characters they probably won't touch for designs. I am sure they will put Jazz in there eventually, the same could be said possibly for the twins! I guess time will tell!

haha and hope your words become true XDD because for now you know we not see much new characters, maybe in the videogame of transformers universe they are doing they could put some other characters, but it would be really nice to see even those characters in the series because Prowl and Barricade look so great but we didn't see anything of them in the series and for Wheeljack we saw him once and never again
