Cel looks sooo cute in this picture! This is my OC Cel from one of my stories on Fanfiction! I'm so glad she came out good!

She is small child that doesn't trust so easily. Her shyness often clouds her judgement on people and often mistakes them as the enemy and tries to attack them whenever they try to approach her. She's very sweet and would risk anything for someone or something that holds dear value to her, even kill herself if need be.

She is the little sister of Veggie-chan.
