At first I was looking at him, thinking he's a Poser model, trying to figure out how the cloth folds came out so realistic

I used a lot poser in the past, but altough their models were very realistic, there was always sometthing "unhuman" in them. So I'm trying to learn how to integrate stock photos with my own 3d render. The only think which is difficult is to find the right photo...

Yeah, I think I know what you mean about their models. In fact, I believe the same goes for any 3D human model, they always need loads of work and technical know-how to convince someone.
