Uhh he looks so devious and arrogant, in other words, so Bill Cipher. I gotta say I LOVE Bill. He's like the most evil triangle-thing ever but when you expect him to have that epic bad guy-voice, then you hear that annoying, high pitch voice. When an episode features Bill, you don't really know if you should laugh or scream internally.
