I have a question as a female on coloration of the penis itself.
Where on the shaft does it start to differ from the normal skin tone from skin base to the glans and towards the pinker tones. I've been struggling with color tones in skin pigments in the right area.

It depends on every guy. Generally the glans is the same as the nipples, and the foreskin/skin of the shaft is slightly darker, up to a shade or two, and the scrotum is slightly darker than the skin of the shaft. Also, the inside of the foreskin tends to be lighter (similar color to the glans), which gives the erection a dark ring near the neck of the shaft, but it's really just the inside contrasting with the darker skin as it stretches out.
That's usually how it is. For some guys, the color change is minimal, for others it's more drastic, and some even have no change for the shaft skin and scrotum, but that's pretty uncommon. My suggestion is to look for pictures and find one you like and use that as a sample, since there's a limited variety of complexions, you have leeway on the combinations you can use.
