Each and every day people around the world are doing self harm. There is a therapy called "The Butterfly Project" . What happens, is every time you want to cut or do any self-harm, you draw a butterfly on your skin. If you do any self-harm with the butterfly on your skin, the butterfly dies. You must let the butterfly fade away. You are not allowed to scrub off the butterfly. If you do not do any self-harm with the butterfly on your hand, the butterfly lives.
