This is the form I use when designing stuff.RULES:
There are none. Go wild. Anyone can use it anytime anywhere without permission or credit. It is totally half-assed and I do not care.
ADVICE?
If I were you, I would use it only as a rough sketch/base since it's messy as heck and draw over it/lower its opacity. (If you want to get rid of the white background in SAI, go to Layer >> Luminance to Transparency.)
