Frank is a 'classic' kind of gentlemen. Or gentleboy. He is in that 'awkard teen' kind of phase, and is trying to figure himself out. He loves the thought of romance or just being cared about. He knows his manners and won't be rude. Unless you mess with his friends, he is a very loyal friend! He likes singing, and has a knack for it. He is to shy to sing in front of people though. He need as little push on some things, but overall he's a nice guy! don't hurt him or I cut yoU,, no it's fine development 'n all y'know?
