Description
on one night on patrol the Keno and Vee the purple dragons sneaking their way into an aquarium park. After looking for Clues and Vee got to pet a sea turtle Keno starts to question why are the purple dragons here in the first place it can't be for money.

It turns out that the purple dragons got themselves mutagen canister and plans to poor down and Main water pump filter that are connected to each individual tank in the aquarium park. Their plan was to create an army of mutant sea creatures that have them search all over the sewers for the Turtles. Vee managed to take the mutagen away from the purple dragons but accidentally got herself infected by the mutagen turning herself into a monster turtle because the last thing she touched was a sea turtle in that Aquarium.
Vee lost her mind and went berserk on everyone. Keno tried to talk some sense into her hoping she'll pull through.

April used her telekinesis to help Vee ease her mind. Keno was relieved that his girlfriend's okay.

3 weeks passed and Vee used Donnie's retro mutagen and made light-up incense to help Vee clear her mind for meditation. As she was meditating her Chi magic got stronger and used that magic to transform back into a human or vice versa whenever she wants. her original purple dragon tank top was ripped in battle so she made a new shirt of a sea turtle.
