I collect warhammer too, and for more then 10 years. but thats not the point. I dont think your work is "wrong" just my opinion that they look more like 40k then fantasy. (but in the end of the day still amazing!)

fiberglass, epoxy, metall, latex horns

Ah man, all the things I can't seem to work with. I don't have the room to work with fiberglass or epoxy, never heard of metall, and I'm somewhat allergic to latex. I'll find alternative materials someday!

Uh know some special polimers to make a alternative for epoxy, and good silicon insted latex (ive got some allergic boyz in band) but i dont know are there some in USA =\

Yeah I live in a less equipped area and I have to improvise a LOT. I'm making the blue eyes white dragon for my cosplay. I started off with stiff white foam you get with computers (I know a lot of geeks, lol) to make braces for the head vanes and such, and plenty of aluminum foil to make the basic shape. I'm using sculpt-a-mold to smooth the shape out and an outer coating of paper mache made with Mod Podge and an old phone book. I think I'll coat it with a thin layer of art molding paste since it can be modeled and sanded. It'll be a tad on the heavy side but no heavier than fiberglass.
