I like devianArt a lot - it somehow makes me more productive because I feel like I have to submit some good pieces. But still I don't undrstand some things here... Like names of some stuff (comissions, art trades, collabs... etc) - what it exacttly is? This comissions?
One more tip, because I see you like XD Far away colours are cold and more grey or blurry. Close to you colours are warm and have more contrast

commissions are when someone asks you: example:
you make a journal or anything where you say:
"hello, commissions are open!"Β
then you make slots, more or less, you can decide how much time you have
so if you open 4 slots, 4 people can ask you for a commission:
example:
you wrote, i can draw felines, canines, humans and dragons, a fullbody shaded pic is 130 points!
so now one of the 4 persons asks you :"can you draw my OC Gilvar (a dragon) fullbody with shading?"
you say: "yes of course! send the points and i will start!"
the guy sends you the points and you draw the pic for him c: that's a commission
