This is how I imagine the TMNT/Batman crossover: The Joker escapes from Arkham, leaves to NYC, and Batman goes over there as Bruce Wayne. In the Lair, Donnie's excited, because he loves the Wayne Foundation and their projects. And one night, Batman stumbles upon the Foot Clan at the docks, he throws a smoke grenade, takes out some ninjas, the turtles show up, The Joker throws some of his poisonous laughing gas, Batman and the turtles get away, and all the Foot Soldiers die with huge grins on their faces. The turtles have actually heard of Batman, and being NY gentlemen they bring him to the Lair, where April, Casey, and Splinter are waiting. The get to the Lair, and Splinter recognizes Batman's voice, and calls him, "Mr. Wayne?'' Then, Donnie's all like wait no way he can't be Bruce Wayne, but then with the beans spilled, he takes off his mask to reveal that he is Bruce Wayne. Meanwhile, Shredder is heading to his throne, but judging by all the grinning bodies, The Joker already beat him to the punch. Joker had an offer even Shredder couldn't refuse, to pay him $1,000,000 and he'll kill the turtles and help Shredder take NYC. Later, Joker appears on TV announcing what he's going to do. Both Batman and the turtles track the signal to the Joker's blimp, they get up there using the Batwing, they meet up with Shredder and the Joker and their vat of Mutagen, The Joker sprays his hyenas with some mutagen and they transform into grinning, laughing monsters. Batman and the turtles fight off the mutated hyenas, and that's when Mikey see Harley and now he has a crush on her. They then fight Shredder and The Joker and Mikey gets his ass kicked by Harley, but Raph takes care of her. The Joker runs to the top of his blimp, and fights off Batman, but he ends up falling into the river. Shredder accidently stabs the controls, and the place is going down in the river, everyone escapes and they say their goodbyes. The End.
