Here it is. Finished. I got carried away, so from cell shade to full on painting. This is partially because no one else wanted to commission me. I had more time, so I made *PSOWILL 's 25 dollar purchase a little more worth his while. It doesn't matter much to me though. The cash isn't going in my pocket, but to *pancreas 's print account.12 layers and at least 15 hours on Adobe Photoshop CS2. I want to add a background, but that's gonna take another long while. I might update this image and put it in there and give my watchers a notification.

brilliant, its striking and bold, and the time it took definately pays off. The ONLY niggle i have is the knee ever so slightly lower than i would like it to be, but thats a minor thing and its an amazing peice of art.

I tried doing this with the knee higher, honestly its a little too low for me too. But when it was, it cut off a lot of the picture, and left the buckles all over the leg looking really awkward. I'm still happy the way it looks. Though it doesn't seem as though she's as graceful, it looks like she's aggressively launching herself into the air. IMO its just as cool.
