What do you mean? I think your artwork looks great. Some of your portraits are quite nice in fact (I like the "jonathan Davis" piece). The idea is to keep drawing, and observe real life as much as possible. Use models, or photo references, study other artists techniques (the books by Burne Hogarth on dynamic anatomy and shadings are especially interesting) ...
I know I can still get MUCH better at this, and I'm already 40 years old...
