here's some stuff about him;
Face paralysis/can't emote well

Stupid tall (6'4")
Not actually a professional chef but spent most of his life in kitchens and "butcher" shops
Medic often has him help with harvesting organs due to his experience with removing them

Very chatty and articulate, but listens a little too well
Surprisingly charming despite lack of facial expressions

can use (most of) heavy's food secondaries but has an option to poison the food when dropped (it can damage teammates)
