Top row, I got Purple Tentacle, Bernard, and Larry.
Next row, Gabriel, Sonny, Weird Ed and Dr. Fred?, and Guybrush and LeChuck.
Next row, is that George Stobbart? Which would make the girl Nico, presumably. Then Maureen and Ben.
Next row, Manny and Glottis.
Next row, Hoagie & Green Tentacle, and Vohaul and Roger.
Last row, Same & Max, I think Brink, Boston, and Maggie.
Everyone not mentioned I had no clue. X3

You're missing Bobbin Threadbare from Loom, Zac McKraken and an Alien Mindbender, in the top row.

Next row is correct, and the annoying little goat from Broken Sword, too.
Next to Murray are April and Crow from The Longest Journey. And next to Glottis are Brandon, Zanthia and Malcolm from the Legend of Kyrandia series.
Next row, you're missing the last two, Klaymen from The Neverhood, and Torin and Boogle from Torin's Passage.
Last row you're right about Brink, Boston and Maggie from The Dig, and at the end are Robert Foster and his robot Joey from Beneath a Steel Sky.
