It was one of the better animated battles. I honestly don't mind the show...mainly cause I am not that invested in winner outcomes.

good artwork. I was surprised the green ranger started off in the dragonzord considering he's only been inside the dragonzord twice in the show (though a bit more in the comics). I was also kind of shocked the battle didn't end in a draw since I'm sure that drill attack probably hit the battery with that drill attack

Yeah, the fake out ending didnβt make sense since a lot of Kiryuβs systems should have been badly damaged. Also it would make more sense if Β Tommy left Dragonzord on auto pilot and jumped inside Kiryuβs cockpitΒ to cause further system damage much like an βgreen with evilβ. Β Also I think most people wanted to see Dragonzord go up against a showa version of Mecha-Godzilla, not the millennium version!

Awesome! I watched it for the same reason as you. I thought the fight itself was great, but I think they should have clarified which Mechagodzilla they were using (in my opinion the different incarnations are different characters as thatβs how the comics and games treat them) and I actually think the Dragonzord would have won. Sure, itβs big, bulky and slow but I honestly think it could have taken Kiryu. Plus I donβt think they should have had it form the megazord, I donβt think that was fair (though admittedly Kiryu got assistance).
