I love the warm colors you used here, and the fact that the starry sky falls so far behind the clouds because it has the coolest colors in the composition. Your shadows and use of light to dark values are excellent, and I love how you have the faintest of highlights falling across the ground. The bottom of the silhouette blends perfectly into the ground on which it stands, which makes it feel natural and close.
A few people have talked about how you wouldn't see stars in a sunrise/sunset scene, and they're not wrong, but I think I like the fantasy of it. The one thing I noticed is that horizons tend to be less smooth than this, but I think it works, especially since the texture of the clouds feels almost mountainous. To me, your deviations from reality seem deliberate and effective.
The place where I would give more constructive feedback is your composition. For me, my eye follows that bright yellow directly off the right side of the page. You do have the figure, which might balance it out, except that they're looking to the right, and movement in compositions always follows eye-line. I actually think that if you had positioned the figure on the right side of the composition, facing left, that that would have brought me back into the composition, especially with that gap in the clouds pushing back. Overall, the rhythm in the clouds and the softer rhythm in the dunes work quite well in my mind.

I love how the colors go well together to make the beautiful scene, and have fallen in love with the brush technique. They fit nicely and give the perfect picture many people love today. However, I would make a small suggestion to the sky more blended in with the chosen colors so it will appear more realistic. There are also some unnecessary spots needing to be filled in where the stars are placed with the sunset where it needs to be covered. Overall, I love the piece, and you have done an amazing job capturing the view. Keep up the beautiful artwork

Tho if you ask me you can have a stunning sunset or the beautiful night sky with stars, but not both at the same time, they confront each other as objects of interest and i also think it is impossible to see such thing in real life.
But i guess you can be tricky with what's in real life to give an impressionistic feeling so my critique might be useless)

Beautiful vivid colours. The simplicity of the piece brings attention to the sense of awe the lone figure must be experiencing. Nice art and concept.
