Yes especially with all the interspecies hybrids trying to figure out what to do, the mixed race ponies with the appearance of alicorns and how that might lead to further alienation between all the ponies and creatures that live put amongst equestria.
Not to mention the absolute insane confusion of cross gender fusions where perhaps the magic either creates a whole race of hermaphrodites or rather it rolls magical dice to determine which gender the pony will become when fusing alongside reorganizing the traits and other characteristics in any random order...
