My opinion about HBO Max's Velma?: It's bad and an insult to the franchise. Some (or most) of the jokes are bad and they turned the beloved main characters into unlikable characters. I'm surprised that their current Latin Spanish dubbing voice actors reprise their roles in this series. But I must admit that there were moments (very few) in which I have laughed. Fred, even if he's still an unlikable character like everyone else, has his moments and Glenn Howerton did a good job voicing him.

I give it a 3. The characters, jokes, and plot are bad. But the animation and voice acting are decent. Also because unlike other shows I really hate (Breadwinners, Teen Titans Go!, etc...) I have continued to watch the episodes. Maybe it's because I pretend that this show is not related to the Scooby Doo franchise.
