Info: He mainly resides in arctic regions and hibernates for hundreds of years on floating block of ice, accumulating more on his shell till he forms a natural glacier, he is also much faster than he looks.
Attacks
1- Diamondust Volley: Rapidly spins his shell to freeze the air around it and create chunks of ice which he then launches like ballistic missiles.
2- Tundra Press: Leaps onto his back and starts rolling, creating ice around himself until his body resembles a large icy maul with studded points and then rolls over his opponents.
It's a work in progress but I hope people like it.
