The crosshatch shading is fantastic. The short hair looks really nice, subtle and not in your face, contrasting the longer hair. The shading on the back of the neck looks a *little* odd but that is from the angle of the light. The facial details are fantastic; technically sound.

hey thankyou very much! yes i didn't shade the neck due to the light.. and because of that there are some wrong shades in the whole head.. but i'm ok with that ehehehe
