We have a B-52D on display at the Int. Airport (Orlando); the airport was once a SAC airbase. Now is OIA.

where exactly is the B-52 on display there? north or south, east or west part of the airport? When did they put it on display?

You know where the aierport parking lots are? The B-52 is near the Blue Satellite Parking, near Bear Road. Drive North on Tradeport Drive and make a right on Bear drive and forllow it until you see the plane, it should be on the left, near the Blue Satellite Parking a the Airport. You can see the memorial through Google Earth.

unfortunately, I am not a resident of the area. Can you give me some more details to look at on google?

You have Google Earth? Should be pretty straight forward; the monument is near the main entrance of the airport. If you know how to get to OIA, then it should be a cinch to get to the B-52 Park.

It truly is a history of flight in one place. Granted from a military standpoint but the Wright Brothers bike shop is down the road and the hill they tested thier inventions on is part of Wright Patterson AFB were the museum is located.
