RP means roleplay, where you pretend to be your characters or characters from shows and stuff and you do little stories. In this case, you would be roleplaying as Mittens, and you can be characters from the series as well. I would be roleplaying mostly as Pep, who is my Kid vs Kat OC. To roleplay, I send a note and you reply, and a story kinda starts. It's quite fun and addictive once you get the hang of it! ^^
