I was commenting on Moondust70's journal on her updates of Sukibelle's stealing case when I received a comment back...Seriously, why the hell would you start a discussion on a sentisive matter if you didn't want to get answers back...?
Don't go poking your nose into people's business to get them to notice you and them block them to be "the last person to reply".
That doesn't accomplish anything. That doesn't solve anything. And it's rude as hell not letting people deffend themselves.
Be wise, children. If you don't want a war, don't start it.

yeah, its ignorant to start a debate then just ignore.
It's not really even a debate, stealing is stealing in any fashion.
I've had a few art thefts take my main baby, or at least try to. htey got shut down right away.
She's one of 4 original characters i've had posted for 6 - 7 years.
and then their are those that i've made on makers. they take forever and its not easy to decide from hundreds of items and clothing. so when it's exactly the same thats bs. if it's their "Original design"
but you have to use makers losley too because their is a possibility someone in the world likes exactly the same items as you. I've had that on Gaiaonline once or twice. I encountered another avatar with the same everything XD

And I totally agree.
In Gaiaonline the customization is different, because you can't change
colors for example (if the item doesn't come with different colors then
you'll never see that item in different colors), so, it's easier to see
someone using the same stuff as you, but in Kisekae, the position of
the accessories on your character depends on coordinates, and you add
one at a time, slowly and painfully. This person particularly edited each
item individually until all of the extras my characters had were the same
as in hers except for the colors. As if changing colors would change anything XD

yeah in legal perspective taking the same complete character and colour washing it is stealing and copyright. reson being your not changing anything your just changing a few colours which the original artist could do anyway. With creating characters artists and the original designers usually create 3-5 different colour scheme's before having a final product. Like my character this was her changes:

Therels a major change to her. The colours basically we're the same but her outfit also stayed the same. clothes can never be copyrighted unless it's a complete original design for a character.

And hey, she looks good! I can never keep a character's appearance
for that long. In fact, for the last 3 months I've been debating the
looks of a character for a new book I'm typing without getting to a
conclusion and he's not even the protagonist! XD

Sim, eu tinha falado disso num journal mas excluí... E não era "arte" exatamente, era uma das minhas
imagens do Kisekae... Aí essa pessoa, Moondust70, tinha feito um forum imenso pra falar que um dos
personagens dela tinha sido roubado por uma usuária chamado sukibelle (que é famosa pacas), e eu
comentei falando que tinha sido roubada também, que que isso é horrível mesmo, e é esse primeiro
comentário de cima, só que aí veio um zé ruela conversar goma comigo e ainda me bloqueou XD
