One rather old drawing, or, more exactly, a brief series of drawings that I shaped as a comic strip. I wasn't very happy with the quality of this series, and I believe that my today skills are better. However, I reconsidered the drawings and discovered that the worst errors could be corrected easily - what I did now. Originally the girl had horribly long legs in the cheapest cartoon style, that confirmed that "too good is actually bad" - normally, the long legs should be a merit, but here was another case... I do see some other faults, like, not very convincing arms and hands on the panels 2 and 3. But well, why should I hide this piece? I hope, some people may like it! Also, it's a rare case when I don't need to put a Mature Content tag

There is a story behind this picture.

A girl had visited her best friend in a clinic. Her friend was in a rather bad condition after she had been heavily beaten and raped by three unknown hooligans. Very upset, our heroine was going home and making a shortcut to a subway station across a block of apartment houses.

Suddenly, she spotted three guys standing on her way and talking - and making impression that they pay no attention on a lonely girl. It was already dark (it was the first half of March), and nobody was around.

The girl quickly turned to the right and ran along a fence towards one of the houses - only to find that there was no path between the fence and the building. She was cornered! Fortunately, there was a hole in the fence - and she hasn't hesitated to went through the hole.

She ended up on a construction site that seemed to be abandoned. There were no lights, very likely, there were no guards, and she could only pray that there were no dogs there. Seeing almost nothing in the darkness, very scared, she ran forward towards the gates - and you can see what has happened!

It has been raining for several days before that - and the ground was very soft. She had no idea that she ran across a deep trench filled with wet and soft clay that has been dumped in the trench only recently.

When she remembered about her cell phone, it was too late. Touch screen covered with the mud refused to work. To scream? But the hooligans will be the first who would hear her screams...
