How does one achieve this power? Seriously this is really well made, do you redraw all frames by hand? Because if so then thats some quality hand you got there.

This old thing? Yeah, all individual frames are drawn by hand, it's just the way I like animating.
But I'm working on something much bigger now and compared to this, well, you ain't seen nothing yet.
