Very beautiful light, great effects I like how only small bits and pieces of Sherlock's face are visible, the rest hidden in the shadow, creates an almost malevolent effect.

Thanks a lot for commenting ! I really like to work with this kind of bright light and contrasts. Mister Cumberbatch's face is ideal for this kind of effect. I like suggestion as well and I like to imagine the rest of his face as I want and it can be different from each viewer.Β

You're welcome I really like the paintig, it's gorgeous, and you're right, his face is perfect for playing around with light effects! You really did a stellar work that allows everyone a little bit of individual interpretation

It's the way I imagine the return of Holmes in his flat, not exactly as Conan Doyle wrote it but, I like to think that he could appears in 221b like an angel in his favorite armchair, and Watson could think that's an other trick of his mind... But no, he's back !
