by picture without a background, does it mean you took the picture? (and what if it another artist named an anime character in their da acc.saying it's a render? does that mean she drew it?

In general, may be yes but may be no~ some artist took the picture in stock and delete the background~ example i took this picture from Paradise Ranch a flim that ChangMin take part in and i found this pic from google~

Why it should be stated that it's YOURS? It's just a photo of Changmin in Paradise Ranch, without background. I can delete background from original photo ... I don't know - in five minutes or so. And YOU didn't give any information about this photo, where is it from etc. Maybe someone, who TOOK this photo would be REALLY pissed off about it?

In my opinion, (no offense) People still needs to credit the deviant who did renders. Yes, it's not their original picture but they are the one who did their best and work hard to render pictures. If you're saying this by chance, can't you see lots of renders here in DA saying they must credit them? What If something you work hard to do will be used by others and claim it as theirs, won't you think it is rude to do it? And yes, you can render a pic like this and claim it as yours, its up to you to chose whether you'll use this or not. It's your conscience if you're going to make an artwork containing this render. Again, just my opinion.

I just said that IF it's written that someone should tell anyone who cut this photo, why it wasn't written ("was", because it's changed already) who took original photo or where it was taken, by whom etc. When I draw something from original photo, I usually give a link to it and write where is it form.

first : I'm sorry about information of this picture because my friend give it to me so i forgot to credit ^^ and one more time i really sorry about that~ second : I know that you cant delete the background too but there's a lot of people can't so i make render for them~
