Description
E-9 First Sergeant Ridgeway is a Squad leader assigned to C Company, 3rd battalion, 75th ranger regiment of the US Army. He is seen here after being hit twice in the right arm and leg, and he is heading back to his convoy to receive treatment at his home base. He is armed with an M16A2 assault rifle, M9A1 pistol, M9 combat knife, and 4 M67 grenades. He is wearing a SPEAR RBA vest, and an ALICE system with 2 small arms assault kits with 3 M16 magazines and 2 grenades inside each, a first aid pouch, a holster, 2 one quart canteens, a medical utility bag, a sheath, and a tactical light attached. He is also wearing an AN/PRC-99 radio system, the talking piece can be seen dangling below his M16.
