Vision: Mechanical wings are always cool to a wide set of the viewing public, so I have no complaints against them. What I would suggest is that YOU make sure they can work with a dreamed up muscle set-up based on the shoulder blades.
Originality: New ideas for prosthetic wings is always welcome within the MLP fandom.
Technique: You keep well in the MLP style (even if you might have used General Zoe's pony creator).
Impact: This one is low because there is not much happening in this piece other than a concept design. What you need, my friend, is a story behind the piece, like the OC getting the wings set. No THAT would be dramatic!

I actually vectored this piece from scratch using inkscape and I didn't use any bases so I will take that it could have been made on one of those as a compliment. Β
