I didn't know this band by name but then I saw they did the song "Nah Nah Goodbye" which is played at so many sporting events, seemingly to taunt the losing team. I don't think that was their intent when they wrote it but it is what it is now.

It came out of the moment while I was on youtube and then I
thought, hmm, I know them and yes I know this song which you
mentioned. I never liked it "Nah blabla..." it was always to commercial
for my taste. Ha and funny enough they used it for sport events. All clear now
for me. And yes I also think they never intended that this song is being used for sport events.
But what ever I still think my chosen song is a a great song.
