Just a cute little Christmas picture i threw together with my OCs Binka (right) and Kitten (left). Man i havent drawn Kitten in quite a while......Just thinking, both of them kinda represent me around the Christmas holiday. Binka is my cheerful side that cant wait for the holidays to start! While Kitten is the other side of me that is saying "fuck all of this" and wants to shoot the speakers in the stores for constantly playing Christmas music!

Yeah, that sounds about right. Kinda makes me think of Black Friday, where stores jack up their prices before putting them on sale so there basically the same price if not more, and all this after the day that we're all supposed to be thankful for what we have!

i just loath christmas with its fake cheer and false sentiment and all that rubbish is pretty much shoved down your throat with obnoxious radio shows that play nothing but christmas songs that are so worn they are transparent by now
equally obnoxious christmas movies and the tv twatters about nothing more then christmas special this and christmas show that
you cant escape it even if you want too

Yeah, black friday can be a pretty bad and stupid thing. people just about kill each other over meaningless sales for crap they dont need. now i do like Christmas for getting to spend time with my family, but i have all the fake cheer. I hate almost all the classic holiday movies and music, and working in a grocery store where they play so much Christmas music since the day after Thanksgiving, i just wanna rip my brain out!

cant say i care much for all the "classic" holiday movies either they are either so overplayed you already know them from memory or are so wooden and saccharine and so insincere you just want to punch them if they dont give you type 2 diabetes

Im normally pretty cheerful during Christmas (like Binka in the pic), but i also hate hearing all the Christmas music everywhere and seeing everyone else all fake cheerful. On my first day back to work after Thanksgiving, i was already wanting to rip my brain out cuz of the Christmas music!
