For that, I used a brush at low opacity. ^w^ How you set that depends on the program you're using, but there's most likely some sort of opacity slider in the brush options.

A consignment store called Second Time Around. I don't think you'll be able to find another one just like it, since it's a piece of used clothing, but those kind of stores are good places to look. Cheap, too. ;D

Wow ! Great Job !A tip : If you want to make a Gwen Cosplay Video first record a vid of you like Gwen sending mana balls ( whatever that it is called!& just like you are indicating a place where the mana will destroy enemy ) then go in Program : Sony Vegas , there are many effects in it ! You can download too ! So if you find the mana balls effect to download you could place them right on yours hands and at the end enjoy your vid in which you are Gwen with anodyte powers !

Try Gimp, or Gimpshop. They're practically a free photoshop, and Gimpshop is even modeled to look like Photoshop. And thanks!
